Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not fully satisfied, we offer the following:
Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or refund for faulty items at no extra cost to you.
